If you forgot to return an item and you do not wish to purchase it, there are a couple steps you can take:
1.) You will need to email The Mr. Collection or The Ms. Collection Support Team to notify us of the item you did not intend to purchase. If you choose to go with this option you will need to place the item in the mail within 3 days of us having received your pack with the missing item back at our facility. We will need for you to provide us with a tracking number in association with the shipment. If we see that your item has been placed in the mail 3 days from your pack having been returned, we will issue a full credit back for the item.
2.) Or you can choose to return it with your next rented pack. As long as you place your pack in the mail within 30-days of initially receiving the item, we will be able to issue you a pro rated credit for that item for the extra time that you continued to rent it.
3.) If you kept the item you were charged for past 30-days, it is yours to keep. There will be no credit or refunds issued and we will send the item back to you.
