We offer the option to place your account on hold for up to two months. While your account is on hold, we will not send you another pack or charge your monthly subscription fee.
To place your account on hold, visit your member account page and click the Contact button. There will be a drop-down that says: Temporarily Place Account on Hold. Or, feel free to email Support at any time. If you wish to resume your membership earlier than scheduled, just email The Mr. Collection or The Ms. Collection Support and we will make arrangements for your next pack to be sent.
Please note that your official hold will begin once your pack has been returned back to our facility and your normal subscription will resume once your hold is lifted. To avoid paying another membership fee, please place the pack in your possession in the mail at least three days prior to your renewal date.
