If you forgot to return an item and you do not wish to purchase it, you will need to email The Mr. Collection or The Ms. Collection Support Team to notify us of the item you did not intend to purchase.
Then, one of the following steps can be taken:
1.) You can place the item in the mail within 3-days of the pack with the missing item having been returned back to us. We will need for you to provide us with the tracking number in association with the shipment, as we cannot provide pre-paid postage for the item. If we see that your item has been placed in the mail within 3-days from your pack having been returned, we will issue a full credit back for the item.
2.) Or, you can choose to return it with your next rented pack. As long as you place your pack in the mail within 30-days of initially having received the item, we will issue you pro-rated credit for that item for the extra time that you continued to rent it.
3.) If you do not contact your Support Team and/or you have kept the item you were charged past 30-days, it is yours to keep. There will be no credit or refunds issued and we will send the item back to you.
*Please note that the above procedures are exceptions for accidentally having kept an item. The way our service works is that all items need to be returned at once. If an item is left out of a pack upon return, it is considered an item you wished to purchase.
