Minor tears, stains, stuck zippers or missing buttons are all covered under our $5 monthly Protection Plan, which you will have the opportunity to add to your order at checkout. If you opt out of the Protection Plan and you stain an item, you will be charged a small cleaning fee.
The protection plan does not cover an item coming back damaged beyond normal wear and tear, and/or it needing to be removed from inventory due to stains or damage caused after your rental. If this occurs, you could be charged a repair fee or be charged up to the full retail value of the item, as determined by our discretion.
