Otherwise, to cancel your account, please follow the steps below:
- Email The Mr. Collection or The Ms. Collection Support Team at least three days before the renewal of your subscription. We will then note your requested cancellation.
- Use your pre-paid return envelope to mail back your pack. If you choose to use an alternate way to mail it, we will need for you to provide us with the tracking number in association with your return.
- Place your pack in the mail at least three days before the renewal of your subscription to avoid being charged another month’s subscription fee. We will continue to charge your card until all items you do not wish to purchase are returned.
- Once we receive your pack back at our facility, we will officially cancel your account.
There are no fees or penalties for canceling, and you are not obligated to subscribe to the service for any set amount of time. For more information, check out The Mr. Collection Rental Agreement or The Ms. Collection Rental Agreement.
Please note that by canceling, you are waiving your current membership status and the current rate of your monthly membership fee. If you activate your subscription at a later date, your monthly membership fee may no longer remain the same.
