Minor tears, stains, stuck zippers or missing buttons are all covered under our $5 monthly Protection Program, which you will have the opportunity to add to your order at checkout. If you opt out of the Protection Program and you stain an item, you will be charged a small cleaning fee. If an item is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, and/or it needs to be removed from inventory due to stains or damage caused after your rental, you could be charged a repair fee or be charged up to the retail value for the item, as determined by our discretion.
